A display substrate, a method for manufacturing the same, and a display device having the same are provided to easily repair a disconnected data line even without additive processes, by forming a repair line electrically connected to a data line considering the disconnection of the data line. A gate wire(120) including a gate line(122) and a gate electrode(124) is formed on a plastic substrate. A gate insulating layer is formed on the resultant substrate including the gate wire. An active layer is formed on the gate insulating layer. A data wire(150) includes a data line(152) formed across the gate line and a repair line(154) formed in parallel with the data line, wherein the repair line is electrically connected to the data line. A drain wire(160) is formed between the data line and the repair line. |
