An outdoor unit of an air conditioner is provided to adjust horizontality of the outdoor unit and absorb vibrations of the outdoor unit by installing a support member having a vibration absorption part. An outdoor unit of an air conditioner includes a base fan, and a support member. The base fan forms a bottom surface of the outdoor unit. The support member is coupled with the base fan and has a screw fastening part for adjusting horizontality on installation of the outdoor unit. The support member further includes a vibration absorption part(32) for absorbing vibrations generating when the outdoor unit is operated. The vibration absorption part includes a shock absorbing part(33) and a spring(34). The shock absorbing part is connected to the screw fastening part at its one side. The spring is installed at the shock absorbing part.
