A clean unit and a vacuum cleaner having the same are provided to improve the water-cleaning effect of the narrow area such as a window frame without changing the structure of the body by using the water and the vacuum suction force. A clean unit is composed of: a body having a combining part(21) connected to a suction pipe; a collecting tank(23) installed at the lower part of the body; an extension pipe(24) extended from the body, wherein an inner end is communicated with the collecting tank; a connection pipe for connecting the combining part and the inside of the collecting tank; a water injection unit installed at the body to inject the water; and a filter unit mounted at the connection pipe to remove the moisture in the air. The water injection unit is installed with a water tank(31), a water pump, and a water supply pipe.
