An offset crank speed wrench with a lever arm that extends laterally an d perpendicularly of the axis of rotation of the wrench is provided. The arm m ay integrally attach, be detachable or pivot at its point of attachment. The wrench can ha ve one or more swivel-like joints that permit the wrench to be moveable in a way to increas e leverage.
