<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmission device for properly controlling a transmission timing and the amount of information to be transmitted without the need for a user or an information provider to fix a rule. <P>SOLUTION: The information transmission device comprises: a time detecting part 100 for detecting a time; a reaction detecting part 7402 for detecting the reaction of a user when mailing him, a reaction history accumulating part 1803 for accumulating the detected time and reaction as reaction histories; a transmission evaluation value calculating part 110 for calculating a transmission evaluation value which shows whether it is appropriate to mail the user, on the basis of a time in accordance with the reaction histories; and a transmission timing control part 7408 having a future mail acquiring part 7413 for acquiring a receiving time for a future mail to be received at present or later, and using the transmission evaluation value and the future mail receiving time for determining whether all mails accumulated in a transmission information accumulating part 6707 are transmitted at the same time on a predetermined time, on the basis of the detected time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
