MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SHIELDED WIRE HARNESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a shielded wire harness capable of providing a shielded wire harness excelling in a shielding characteristic by reducing exposed parts of cores, of using a conventional manufacturing device of a shielded wire harness and of manufacturing the shielded wire harness at a low cost.

SOLUTION: An armor 2 is cut at two points of cut lines A and B at predetermined lengths from an end E of a shielded wire 1; an armor cut piece 2a on the end side of the shield wire 1 is removed to expose a braid 3; an inner armor cut piece 2b of the shielded wire 1 is shifted to the end E side of the shielded wire 1; the braid 3 is folded back onto the shifted armor cut piece 2b; the folded-back braid 3 is fixed by a fixing means 4 to form a braid fixing part 5; the braid fixing part 5 is shifted in the inside direction of the shielded wire 1 to form a core exposure part 8; a terminal 7 is crimped to the end of the core 6; and thereafter the braid fixing part 5 is restored to the end side of the shielded wire.
