<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of raw milk through seeking milking cow's health. <P>SOLUTION: Water, so called "Shiogama water" produced at Hiruzen Hights, Okayama Prefecture, Japan, is subjected to activation treatment comprising passing the water through magnetic fluxes generated by a permanent magnet, and the resultant treated water is fed to livestock for milking use, thus promoting the health of e.g. jersey species milking cow as the livestock for milking use, resulting in the quality improvement of the raw milk obtained from the above milking cow. In the blood test of the jersey species milking cow, especially high levels of vitamins D<SB>3</SB>and E are confirmed. Besides, in the raw milk, various peculiar differences from ordinary raw milk including Escherichia coli colony's being negative are also found. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
