<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present personal relationships from users to persons with experience even when a system user does not come into contact with persons with experience participating in past item activity. <P>SOLUTION: An item information DB 40 in a server computer 30 stores item information including the identifiers of item participants. A personal information DB 41 stores a plurality of personal attribute information data in each organization individual. A personal relationship retrieving part 312 responds to a user's retrieval request through a client terminal 10, retrieves item information matched with a retrieving condition, extracts item participants in the information as persons with experience, retrieves personal information for each of the extracted persons with experience and a user from the personal information DB 41, extracts the user and the expert having at least one common attribute information, and transmits the extracted contents to a client terminal 10 to display them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
