<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart an anticounterfeit capability and a machine reading capability to a continuous gradation image. <P>SOLUTION: A halftone dots printed matter comprises: preparing two kinds of halftone domains comprising m×m pixel (m≥2, m is an integer) and n×n pixel (1≤n<m, n is an integer) as a halftone domain which prints half tone dots; making four halftone domains of m×m pixel in domains which are mutually independent surround without a clearance a perimeter of one halftone domain of n×n pixel; and making four halftone domains of n×n pixel in domains which are mutually independent locate along with a periphery of one halftone domain of m×m pixel having a regular interval, wherein halftone dots are obtained by carrying out an image processing of a predetermined input image and the duplication is difficult by the present photo engraving apparatus, and halftone dots which can carry out machine reading are printed using both kinds of halftone domains of two kinds of halftone domains. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
