PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect early the blow-out of an incandescent lamp provided in every place to restore the original condition early, by using a light emitting diode. SOLUTION: One incandescent lamp and one light emitting diode are connected in series to each other for electrical continuity to form a circuit for detecting whether the lamp is blew out or not. As the light emitting diode, the light emitting diode having an internal resistance value 100 times of that of the lamp to be detected is used. Visible luminance of the light emitting diode is the same with that of a case of direct connection to a power source. A difference of charge in a general meter in each case is too small to detect. When lighting the lamp, the lamp is directly connected to the power source through a contact point of a relay. About the lamp to be used for aviation and navigation, a visible distance of the light has to clear a numeric value instructed in a specification, but this circuit device can solve almost problems at low costs.
