PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless device, a communication station and a wireless network, wherein the wireless apparatus can prevent interference in a duplicated area and maximize the transmission efficiency of the communication stations even when the communication stations transmit signals through one and the same channel or the communication stations cannot execute carrier sensing. SOLUTION: The wireless device is provided with: a detection section for detecting signal waves from the communication stations 10, 11; and a control section that instructs at least one of the prescribed communication station 10 and the other communication station 11 to deviate the data transmission period from the communication station 10 to the wireless apparatus 1 from the data transmission period of the other communication station 11 so as to avoid overlapping when the detection section detects the signal wave form the prescribed communication station 10 and detects the signal wave from the other communication station 11 different from the prescribed communication station 10, and the wireless apparatus prevents interference in the duplicate area and maximizes the transmission efficiency of the communication stations.
