PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lens driving device having a lens holder in which an electric component is mounted and which is driven to reciprocate in a lens barrel, where an electric signal is transmitted to the electric component with space-saving configuration composed of a small number of components without affecting the regulation of the position of the lens holder. SOLUTION: A brush part 20 and a position regulation surface 21 opposed to the brush part 20 so as to hold a rail part 7a in-between are disposed on the engaging part 4d of the lens holder 4, and a conductive part 22a coming into contact with the brush part 20 and formed to be extended in the longitudinal direction of the rail part 7a is disposed on the rail part 7a. The rail part 7a is biased to the position regulation surface 21 by elastic force generated by the brush part 20, and the electric signal is supplied to a motor 6 mounted on the lens holder 4 via the brush part 20 from the conductive part 22a.
