PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth retaining wall construction member and a construction method of an earth retaining wall using the earth retaining wall construction member for reducing labor and cost required for constructing a retaining wall, while enhancing the safety of the earth retaining wall. SOLUTION: This earth retaining wall construction member 15 is constituted by integrally forming a springing-out skeleton 23 on the other end of a base body 21 for applying bending-back moment acting on the natural ground side to a riding wall 22 of a block body comprising the base body 21 constructed on the support ground 16 formed by leveling down a slope face 11 and the rising wall 22 erected and constructed on one end side of the base body 21.
