PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide article conveying equipment which eliminates unnecessary maintenance when operation abnormality occurs in any of a plurality of article transporting vehicles. SOLUTION: Each of the plurality of article transporting vehicles 3 is provided with an operation data obtaining means for obtaining travelling operation data and transferring operation data as actual operation data. An operation control means H performs abnormality determining processing for determining whether an abnormal article transporting vehicle exists or not by evaluating the actual operation data in each of the plurality of article transporting vehicles, and performs abnormality diagnosing processing for diagnosing operation abnormality by evaluating the actual operation data, which is evaluated that operation abnormality occurred, and travelling operation or transferring operation in the same or similar condition of the abnormal article transporting vehicle and the actual operation data for comparison, which is obtained when other article transporting vehicle is operated, when the abnormality-evaluated actual operation data is obtained.
