PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist the loading operation of objects flexibly complying with the situation and precluding any object from being left behind. SOLUTION: A vehicle load management device predicts and senses that the driver etc. has got on or off using a driver/passenger sensing part 24 on the basis of the communication condition with a remote key 4 and collects the load information by an IC tag attached to each piece of object as the load and/or image acknowledgement. A left object determining part 25 compares the load constitution before the driver etc. gets on with the load constitution after his getting off and notifies the driver of a determination as "any object left" via a notification system 5 if there is a change. A loading position determining part 26 determines the place of loading new objects from the information about the objects loaded already in the vehicle in case loading of new objects is predicted and assist the loading by automatically performing door opening and/or seat arrangement.
