PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a banknote treating device capable of enhancing the functionality in case banknotes are classified and stored in two places. SOLUTION: Two storage parts 24F and 24R for storing banknotes are provided in line while their banknote stacking directions at the time of storage are made identical, and between the storage parts 24F and 24R, a separated payoff part 80 is provided which pays off banknotes from both storage parts 24F and 24R, wherein the separated payoff part 80 has a first kick-out roller 97F to move to one storage part 24F and kick out the banknote stored therein, a second kick-out roller 97R to move to the other storage part 24R and kick out the banknote stored therein, and a moving part 140 to move the two kick-out rollers 97F and 97R.
