PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of half-finished printed-circuit boards between manufacturing processes, saves a space for stocking the half-finished products, and facilitates taking-out and removal of the half-finished products. SOLUTION: A single circuit board is stored in a printed-circuit board storing bag 1. The storing bag 1 is equipped with a front face part 11 and a back face part 12 which are set opposite to the front face and the back face of the stored circuit board, respectively, when the storing bag 1 is closed, and connecting parts 13 to 15 which connect the front face part 11 and back face part 12 together. The connected front face part 11 and back face part 12 are folded via the connecting parts 13 to 15 to open and close the bag 1, which is used to carry the circuit board between manufacturing processes. At each process, the circuit boards are stocked using a storing shelf, which has a sloped bearing surface bearing storing bags 1 placed on the surface and a bag stopper member disposed on the lower end of the surface, and which stores the bags 1 in such a way that the bags 1 placed upright on the surface and are put together at the lower end of the surface.
