A protecting film is provided to suppress the generation of static electricity when the protecting film is separated from an adhesive, thereby preventing the adhesion of foreign particles onto the protecting film, by forming the protecting film to have antistatic layer. A protecting film comprises a transparent base film(10), a transparent antistatic layer(11), and a release layer(12). The transparent antistatic layer is formed on one surface or both surfaces of the base film. The transparent antistatic layer uses a conductive polymer as an effective component. The release layer is formed on the base film or the antistatic layer. |
