An apparatus for manufacturing an electrical wire assembly for a building and a method therefor are provided to omit a wire insertion process and reduce a construction cost by installing a wire pipe having wires before concrete is cast. An apparatus for manufacturing an electrical wire assembly for a building includes a transferring unit(210), a guide unit(220), a connection unit(230), and a cutter unit(240). The transferring unit(210) transfers a sub wire and inserts the sub wire into a wire pipe. The guide unit(220) guides the sub wire. The connection unit(230) fixes the wire pipe to the guide unit(220). The cutter unit(240) cuts a plurality of wires which is inserted into the wire pipe by the sub wire. The transferring unit(210) is a roller which is driven by a motor. The guide unit(220) includes an inlet unit, and an outlet unit. The inlet unit guides the sub wire to the transferring unit(210). The outlet unit guides the sub wire transferred by the transferring unit(210) to the wire pipe.
