<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell characteristic evaluation device obtaining stable power generation characteristics by making the temperature distribution near the cell uniform, and also to provide a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The cell characteristic evaluation device has a pair of cell supporting pipes 8a, 8b supporting by coming in contact with the both surfaces of a cell 4, and a surrounding member 16 surrounding the cell side end vicinities of the pair of cell supporting pipes 8a, 8b, and the cell 4 supported by the pair of supporting pipes 8a, 8b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
