<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element holding member capable of removing effect of a mechanical vibration caused by a high-order (second or higher) resonance frequency, an optical head device using it and an optical recording and reproducing apparatus using them in the optical element holding member holding an optical element, the optical head device using it and the optical recording and reproducing apparatus using them. <P>SOLUTION: A lens holder 3 has lens-fixing parts 13a which are formed in the prescribed areas of lens-arranging parts 13 adjacent to the outer periphery of an opening part 16, where an amplitude by vibration at a prescribed resonance frequency is relatively small and to which an objective lens 9 is fixed; and lens non-contacting parts 14 which are formed between lens holding side wall parts 18 and the opening part 16 to be lower than the lens-fixing parts 13a and which do not contact with the objective lens 9 though the amplitude by vibration at the prescribed resonance frequency is relatively large. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
