<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain output control corresponding to the degree of secrecy without uniformly inhibiting the outputs of secret documents in an image processing apparatus such as a copying machine. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus is provided with: a rule storage means 20 for storing an approval rule indicating a condition of a document requiring approval for output and approver's information indicating an approver corresponding to the approval rule; a determination means 18 for determining whether the document interferes with the approval rule or not; and output control means 14, 24 for inhibiting the output of an image in the document until the output of the document is approved by the approver indicated by the approver information when the judgment means 18 determines that the document interferes with the approval rule. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
