<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personnel information retrieval system capable of retrieving specific personnel information including the contact address of an electronic signatory from a task file with electronic signature, and immediately making a contact with the electronic signatory, thereby clearing up doubts relating to the content of the task file with electronic signature in an early stage. <P>SOLUTION: An application execution terminal 10 for executing data processing, a file server 20, in which a task file 1 with electronic signature is stored, and a personnel database 30, in which the latest personnel information and past personnel information as personnel information including intracompany contact destination are stored, are interconnected through a network 40. The identification information of the electronic signatory is buried in the electronic signature of the task file with electronic signature. The application execution terminal 10 extracts the identification information from the task file 1 with electronic signature, and retrieves the specific personnel information including the intracompany contact destination of the specific electronic signatory in the personnel database 30 by using at least either the latest personnel information or the past personnel information as the object of retrieval. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
