<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology allowing another worker to efficiently perform work without setting an agent of a predetermined worker when the predetermined worker does not process the work of an item. <P>SOLUTION: This workflow processing method for circulating the item along predetermined circulation order and supporting proxy processing by workflow processing for performing a task of the item in each circulation destination has steps: for acquiring a user ID of a user having authority lower than a user performing the workflow processing from an authority management table of a storage device; for acquiring item information showing that a working state is not processed of work corresponding to the acquired user ID from an item management table of the storage device, and outputting it by an output device; and for changing the work state of the work corresponding to the acquired user ID of the lower user and a work state of work corresponding to a user ID of the user performing the workflow processing according to operation contents to the work of the outputted item information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
