<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inrush current preventing circuit that makes it possible to prevent the flow of inrush current to the load resistance, connected to an inrush current prevention circuit, even when a DC power supply is restarted instantaneously. <P>SOLUTION: This inrush current preventing circuit 1 is provided with a voltage control type switching element, comprising an input terminal 2a and an output terminal 2b for a current and a control terminal 2c for controlling the currents between the input terminal 2a and the output terminal 2b with a supplied voltage, a first resistor 3 that is connected in parallel between the input terminal 2a and the control terminal 2c, and a voltage-control means 4 that is connected in series to the control terminal 2c for controlling the voltage supplied to the control terminal 2c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
