PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic latent image development which effectively prevents occurrence of filming. SOLUTION: The toner for electrostatic latent image development comprises toner particles containing a binder resin and a colorant, and an external additive added thereto, and satisfies the following conditions (A), (a1) and (a2) or conditions (B) and (b1). (A) A conductive fine powder is added as the external additive; (a1) the isolation rate of the conductive fine powder is 50 to 90%; and (a2) the number average particle size distribution index G defined by G=D50/D16 is 1.20 or less, wherein D16 represents the number average particle size at cumulative 16% of particles from a smaller diameter side, and D50 represents the number average particle size at cumulative 50% of particles from a smaller diameter side.
