SERVICE PROVIDING SYSTEM, OUTSOURCING AGENCY APPARATUS, SERVICE PROVIDING METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an outsourcer to conceal member information managed by the outsourcer from an outsourcing agency when the outsourcer outsources service for members to the outsourcing agency and to enable users to receive service without communicating with the outsourcer.

SOLUTION: When utilizing service, a user apparatus 3 transmits group signature data to an outsourcing agency apparatus 2. The outsourcing agency apparatus 2 verifies the group signature data by using opened information stored in an outsourcer apparatus 1. After passing verification and confirming that the user apparatus 3 is surely the member of the outsourcer apparatus 1, the outsourcing agency apparatus 2 provides service to the user apparatus 3.
