A combination structure of a heating plate and a heater of a hair iron for improving electric insulation property by using a high thermal conductivity ceramic substrate is provided to secure high electric insulation property and to prevent current leaking of a heater from being applied to the heating plate by installing the substrate larger than the heater. The combination structure for installing a heater(13) mounted at a heating plate(10) having a hanging sill(11) by a fixing spring(16) is composed of a ceramic substrate(12) installed at the heating plate and made of ceramic materials with high thermal conductivity to transfer heat of the heater to the heating plate and an insulation sheet(15) disposed at the upper side of the heater. The insulation sheet is not broken by mechanical or thermal impact at high temperature as well as normal temperature by relieving force of the fixing spring pressing the heater. |
