A plate glass transfer device is provided to measure the failure rate accurately in inspecting a plate glass, and to improve measurement accuracy by actively discharging air through an air space relieving part and evenly forming the air space. A transfer unit is installed in an upper part of a worktable, and a transfer unit is formed at a side of the transfer unit to transfer a plate glass. The transfer unit has a fan housing with a discharge fan(21a), an air chamber(22) arranged in an upper part of the fan housing and opened up, a base plate(23) covering the upper part of the air chamber and having plural through holes and a piece panel part arranged in an upper part of the base plate. The piece panel part has a filter holder(52) arranged in the through hole of the base plate and provided with a penetration communicated with the through hole, a filter(54) arranged in the penetration hole of the filter holder, and plural piece panels(56) covering the upper part of the filter holder and having an air leak hole(56a) corresponding to the penetration hole of the filter holder. A seating sill is formed in an inner periphery of the penetration hole of the filter holder to plate the filter.
