摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device for a vehicle which has a high assembling workability. <P>SOLUTION: This driving device keeps a first motor M1, a power distributing mechanism 16, and a second motor M2 arranged on a first axial center CL1, and an automatic speed changing section 20 is arranged on a second axial center CL2 which is in parallel with the first axial center CL1. A transmitting member 18 and a first intermediate shaft 40 are power-transmissibly connected through a connecting device 23. In this case, the transmitting member 18 is located at the end section on the opposite side from an input rotating member 14 on the first axial center CL1. The first intermediate shaft 40 is located at the end section on the opposite side to the input rotating member 14 on the second axial center CL2. Thus, the dimensions in the axial center direction of the first motor M1, the power distributing mechanism 16, and the second motor M2 which are provided on the first axial center CL1, and the dimension in the axial center direction of the automatic speed changing section 20 which is provided on the second axial center CL2 become approximately the same, and therefore, the dimension of the driving device in the axial center direction is properly made compact.
