<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing devil's tongue jelly which is capable of automatically performing processes from filling a devil's tongue material, demolding after boiling, and taking devil's tongue jelly out. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus for producing devil's tongue jelly has a plurality of box-like filling cans 4 each having an openable/closable bottom plate 4f and an opened upper part, a boil tank 3 made so as to be moved by a prescribed distance where the filling cans 4 are soaked in hot water, transportation means 8, 11 and 12 for circulation transporting of the filling cans 4 between the inside and the outside of the boil tank 3, a filling device 14 provided outside the boil tank 3 and filling devil's tongue paste into the empty filling cans 4, and a taking-out device 13 provided on the upstream side of the filling device 14 in the filling can transportation direction, and opening the bottom plate 4f and taking out devil's tongue jelly which is transported in the boil tank 3 and heat coagulated, from the filling cans 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
