<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithographic printing plate material which enables recording of an image without necessitating image exposure through the intermediary of a complicated film and which has plate wear resistance and excels in sensitivity and resolution, and a manufacturing method thereof, and to provide an image forming method wherein the image is printed after recorded, without conducting a wet development process. <P>SOLUTION: The lithographic printing plate material has on a hydrophilic substrate an image forming layer which contains a core/shell structure particulate having a shell and a core of which the softening point is lower by 40°C or more than that of the shell, a blocked isocyanate compound and a hydrophilic resin having a group capable of reacting with isocyanate. The mode that the softening point of the shell is 60-250°C and that of the core 20-200°C and the mode that the core/shell structure particulate has the group capable of reacting with the isocyanate are both preferable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
