PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated X-ray generator having an internal structure capable of efficiently radiating heat generated in a vessel to the outside. SOLUTION: An anode 30 of an X-ray tube 14 being a main heat generation part and a shielding case 22 including a part of insulation oil 40 are arranged in the vessel 12. The shielding case 22 is provided with a heat-radiating opening 36 and a heat-insulating wall surface 35, and the heat-radiating opening 36 faces a cooling wall surface 24 of the vessel 12 with a heat-radiating mechanism (combination of a radiation fin 26 and cooling fan) arranged thereon. Heat generated from the anode 30 of the X-ray tube 14 is transmitted to the insulation oil 40 around it, reaches the heat-radiating opening 36 by the convection of the insulation oil 40 and radiated to the outside air through the cooling wall surface 24 and the heat-radiating mechanism. Then, the quantity of the insulation oil 40 in the shielding case 22 is small, whereby temperatures of the insulation oil 40 and the cooling wall surface 24 are raised as compared with a conventional one, the temperature difference from the outside air is increased and heat radiation efficiency is improved.
