PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabinet mounting base that is made lightweight, reduced in material cost, simplified in machining stage, and facilitates an incorporating operation for a pedestal. SOLUTION: A frame 1 is in a quadrangular frame shape comprising a pair of first frame pieces 2, and a pair of second frame pieces 3; and has lower portions 2a and 3a, raised walls 2b and 3b disposed on a floor surface 20 respectively, and mount portions 2c and 3c where a cabinet connecting hole 5 is bored. A trailing piece 7 is hung from ends of the mount portions 2a and 3a, and a pedestal mounting hole that a connecting screw 15 runs through is bored in the trailing piece 7. The pedestal 8 has an upper piece 9 abutting against the reverse surface of the mount portion 2c, a longitudinal piece 13 abutting against the internal surface of the trailing piece 7, and a lower piece 11; and a first screw hole for the connecting screw 15 is bored in the longitudinal piece 13, a second screw hole for a cabinet connecting hole 5 is formed in the upper piece 9, and an anchor bolt hole 12 is bored in the lower piece 11.
