PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cutout device capable of reducing a waste portion of a tape while eliminating a defective portion thereof. SOLUTION: The tape cutout device 1 reels in and cuts out the tape fed from a pancake P by a plurality of reeling length. The device 1 has: a tape feeder 10 for feeding the tape from the pancake P; a tape reeling device 20 for reeling in the tape fed from the tape feeder 10; a storage part 30 storing position data of the defective portion of the tape in the pancake P; a reeling length determination part 40 for determining whether or not the tape having a kind of reeling length can be reeled with a shorter reeling length while eliminating the defective portion thereof up to the shortest reeling length based on the position data read from the storage part 30, and for calculating combinations of possible reeling lengths and then determining the reeling length of the tape; a cutting device 50; and a cutting control part 60 for making the cutting device 50 cut the tape.
