PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a shoulder belt for retaining an infant in a stroller capable of easily adjusting the height of the shoulder belt. SOLUTION: Shoulder belt fixing members 35a and 35b which fix the shoulder belt 25 by insertion are provided in multiple steps vertically on a front side of an outer material 33 of a back rest part of a base seat 30 supporting a baby seat 20 mounted on a stroller device body. The shoulder belt 25 is selectively fixed by insertion on the vertical shoulder belt fixing member 35a or 35b.
