PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle stopper opener and a bottle stopper opening apparatus which automatically remove a stopper from a bottle efficiently in a maintenance-free way. SOLUTION: According to the bottle stopper opener 10, the end part of a rotating plate-like body 12 is brought into contact with a stopper 20a of a bottle 20 to automatically remove the stopper 20a. The plate-like body is is made of a synthetic resin, and has flip-up ends formed on both ends of the plate-like body, whose flip-up ends flip up the stopper. The plate-like body is made into a double blade structure that is formed by attaching the center of the rectangular plate-like body to a rotating shaft driven by a gear motor, and is arranged along the transfer direction of the bottle to be located on one side across the direction.
