PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket 10 capable of providing stable sealability by a simple structure. SOLUTION: This gasket 10 is compressed between the groove bottom face 4 of the gasket groove 3 of a resin head cover 1 and the seat face 7 of a cylinder head 2 facing the groove bottom face 4 to seal a clearance between both members 1 and 2. An upper seal part 11 in a roof shape converting toward the tip part 12 of the gasket 10 is formed at the upper end part of the gasket in a compressing direction F1. At the seal part 11, a first side face 14 on an air side F2 is extended to the outside more than the second side face 15 on an oil side F3 on both sides of the tip part 12.
