PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a device by enabling simultaneous injection by expanding a packer and injecting an injection liquid to the ground by using the same injection pipe conduit, and also by enabling simultaneous injection, in the injection pipe device inserted into a drilled hole of the ground and injecting the injection liquid into the ground. SOLUTION: This injection pipe device is composed of an outer pipe 3, an inner pipe 7 inserted into the outer pipe 3, a packer flow passage 10 and an injection liquid flow passage 12 inserted into the inner pipe. The outer pipe 3 is attached with an outer pipe bag body 4 and an outer pipe delivery port 5, and the inner pipe 7 is attached with an inner pipe bag body 8 and an inner pipe delivery port 9. The packer flow passage 10 simultaneously forms a plurality of inner pipe packers 8a with a plurality of delivery ports 11, and a plurality of injection liquid flow passages form an outer pipe packer 4a by sending a curing suspension liquid to the outer pipe bag body 4, and are constituted by injecting the injection liquid from the outer pipe delivery port 5 between the adjacent outer pipe packers 4a and 4a.
