PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control member which can exert excellent vibration control performance through simple arrangement. SOLUTION: The vibration control member 10 which is arranged between a skeleton 21 and a face member 22, is formed of a pair of mounting members 11 which are each made of a material having rigidity, and a vibration control material 12 which is made of a material having viscoelasticity and interposed between the pairing mounting members 11.
