PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warp knitted slide fastener (zipper) tape-producing machine that can knit core cords having a necessary thickness without losing the flexibility of the knitted fabric, and can efficiently produce the slide fastener which protrudes expanded portions formed by knitting the core cords in a good balance between the front and back sides of a tape and enables the uniform attachment of elements, without breaking needles. SOLUTION: This warp knitted slide fastener (zipper) tape-producing machine is characterized by comprising a single needle bed 1 for slidably guiding many knitting needles 2 arranged in a row in parallel to each other along sliding grooves 1a, respectively, knitting yarn guides 4 which can be swung and shogged, the first core cord guides 5, 6 for guiding the core cords 7, 8, and the second core cord guides 9 disposed in a knitting route for the core cords 7, 8 in the knitting port of the needle bed 1 to guide the core cords 7, 8. Since the core cord-having slide fastener tape is knitted with the single bed type knitting machine, knitting efficiency is improved. Since the second core cord guide 9 is disposed, the needles 2a, 2b are not broken, and the core cords 7, 8 can smoothly and accurately be guided.
