PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the turning operation of a mowing device 10, linked to a self-propelled car body through a lifting and lowering link 22, to a lifted and attached posture in which the bottom face side of the mowing device 10 is directed to the front side of the car body. SOLUTION: A spring 41 is linked over the lifting and lowering link 22 and a supporting frame 40 linked to the linking frame 15 of the mowing device 10. When the supporting link 40 is linked to a bracket 19 by a lock pin 44 so as not to be turned, the spring 41 is operated so as to be compressed to exhibit the elastic recovery force, and the elastic recovery force is imparted to the mowing device 10 as operation force in the direction for lifting and turning the mowing device 10.
