The invention relates to devices for transmitting identification data in biometric systems which can be widely used for identifying persons for passport-visa papers through telematic services of WLAN (wireless local area networks) operators. The inventive terminal for transmitting identification data in biometric systems comprises devices for wirelessly transmitting-receiving Wi-Fi data or devices for wirelessly transmitting-receiving ZigBee^TM data, a microcontroller device and a device for reallocating functions between the terminal elements. For this purpose, the terminal comprises a microcontroller, 3D-image introducing devices, a finger print reader and a wireless Wi-Fi or ZigBee data transmitting-receiving device. In the second embodiment the terminal additionally comprises an energy-independent memory, in the third embodiment, the terminal additionally comprises a keyboard and in the fourth embodiment the terminal additionally comprises the energy-independent memory and keyboard.
