The system has reactors comprising a cylinder (12), two plates from different electrical conductive material, rotary amplifier, conductive liquid such as electrolyte - sulfuric acid, metal (14) and a water cooling system (24). Each of the plates is connected with the metal. A current is produced in the conductive liquid, in which the magnet rotates against negative and positive metals. The system is in fit with an independent drive, where an electrical motor, electrical generator (2), contact switch system (4), high voltage magnetic field and conductor windings are components of the independent drive.
