<p>Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor device wherein a semiconductor layer is formed on a conductor surface having a dielectric oxidized coating film by electrolytic polymerization and then an electrode layer is sequentially formed thereon. This method is characterized in that during the electrolytic polymerization, wherein a current is conducted by using the conductor provided with a dielectric layer as a positive electrode and a cathode plate placed in the electrolytic solution as a negative electrode, a reverse voltage is temporarily applied for a certain time. Also disclosed are a solid electrolytic capacitor device manufactured by such a method, a solid electrolytic capacitor obtained by using such a solid electrolytic capacitor device, and use of such a solid electrolytic capacitor. The method enables to form a good semiconductor layer in a short time, thereby manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor device which enables to obtain a solid electrolytic capacitor having good ESR.</p> |
