A prism sheet and a backlight unit comprising the same are provided to improve the light condensing efficiency of the prism sheet, by forming prism curved parts on the lateral surfaces of respective prism configuration parts. A prism sheet comprises a prism support part(414). A plurality of prism configuration parts(416) are formed on an upper surface of the prism support part. Each of the prism configuration parts has a triangle configuration. A plurality of prism curved parts(418) are respectively formed on the lateral surfaces of the prism configuration parts. Each of the prism curved parts has a spherical surface.
