<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an identification sheet in which adhesive layer hardly comes off, and clear image information of fingerprint data transferred to the adhesive layer can be aquired. <P>SOLUTION: The identification sheet of the invention comprises an adhesive sheet with adhesive layer on one side of the base material, and a release sheet overlying the adhesive sheet.
