<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosetting resin composition capable of forming an overcoat layer 6 or an optical path difference regulating layer 5 having excellent flatness, and a color filter with an overcoat layer or an optical path difference regulating layer having excellent flatness. <P>SOLUTION: The photosetting resin composition contains an alkali-soluble polymer (A), an ethylenically unsaturated compound (B) and a polymerization initiator (C), wherein the alkali-soluble polymer (A) has a weight average molecular weight in a range of 3,000-50,000 and a resin composition prepared by mixing the alkali-soluble polymer (A) and the ethylenically unsaturated compound (B) has an average molecular weight Mwab of ≤1,200. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
