<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reader for enabling a user to easily determine a reading result. <P>SOLUTION: The reader 1 for reading a reading object 2 non-contactly is provided with a reading means 4 for reading the reading object 2, a determining means 9 for determining the normality and abnormality of a read result by the reading means 4 and a projecting means for projecting a determination result by the determining means 9 to the reading object. The projecting means is composed of at least two light emitting parts 8a to 8c, and the light emitting parts 8a to 8c have a light source for emitting light and a diffraction grating for using the light emitted from the light source to perform prescribed type of display on the reading object 2, being different in each of the light emitting parts 8a to 8c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
