<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a crystalline thin film having at least one physical property (hereinafter, abbreviated to as a property) from a mixture of organic compounds by a cascade crystallization process. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a crystalline thin film comprises: producing a plurality of films comprising the mixture of organic compounds having a different composition; calculating an approximation function showing a relationship between the property and a composition of the mixture; determining a plurality of extreme values in the approximation function; testing a stability of the plurality of extreme values determined; selecting one extreme value and a composition corresponding to the extreme value; and then producing a crystalline thin film having a desired property. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
